Local Deliveries
We offer flower delivery within a 60-mile radius of West Hollywood. The delivery fee is calculated based on the recipient’s address at checkout.
Delivery Time Requests
While we strive to accommodate preferred delivery timeframes, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to traffic and other factors. However, you may request a preferred time by adding a note in the Florist Instructions section at checkout. We will do our best to meet your request.
For urgent delivery requests, please call or text (310) 497-7581, and we will check if a team member can personally assist you.
If the Recipient Is Not Home
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you unless specific delivery instructions are provided. If we cannot reach you, we will leave the arrangement in a secure, shaded location whenever possible.
Nationwide Shipping
We offer nationwide shipping on select preserved arrangements. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers to ensure the best possible quality upon arrival.
- Delivery Date: We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date due to carrier transit times, weather delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
- Shipping Methods: Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping may be available for select items.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or shipping date.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please submit a claim within 24 hours of delivery by emailing a photo of the arrangement to info@petalrelations.com.
Please note that flowers are delicate and perishable, and proper care is essential. It is the recipient’s responsibility to follow the care instructions provided to ensure the longevity of the arrangement.
